I need a reset so it’s fasting for today. I didn’t pack anything for work so I’m SOL till 330 anyways. Have a nice day everyone and Happy Friday!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
