Started practicing form and excercises for strong lift 5x5.foing to switch to this routine to build strength. Felt strong at skating yesterday and good cardio.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
