Here I am backsliding again. 20 pound lost from Jan to July. July to now my weight has been going up and down. It just seems like it got so much harder and disappointing when the scale wouldn't move. So I kind of gave up for a couple weeks, too. My method is calorie counting and writing everything down. Stopped counting, then writing altogether. The weight is starting to affect my health where its really noticeable. Leg pain and some liver enzyme thing doc says will go away when weight goes down. Same with leg. I have to keep going till I reach that 50 pound goal, then see from there. The 50 is a must! Need to get serious again, but I'm just not feeling it. Especially that too much fruit and veg bothers my stomach cause I really like fruit and veg. Feeling down, but hoping after a few days of sticking to it will bring me up, or should I say down lol.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Have you been taking enzymes every time you eat veggies and fruit? It might help! Also take probiotics. I have had weight loss issues in the past and when I realized that losing the 50 lbs was going to take 1-2 years I realized I just had to accept that I was going to live this lifestyle for a while. I’ve lost 30 so far. My weight lost was faster at first and is now slowing down as usual. (The thinner you are the slower the weight loss unless you eat very small amounts of calories compared to maintaining). I lost 4 lbs in July and in August haven’t lost anything yet even though I’m eating fewer calories. But losing 2-4 lbs per month on average gets me to my goal eventually! Even if not quickly. Hope this helps. Weight loss can be very discouraging at times but the people who make it to their goals are the ones who keep going. Let’s keep going together! Even if it’s not perfect or we have to lessen up on how strict we are so we can sustain the lifestyle long term. 💪😁 we got this!

I also have stomach issues with veggies and fruit but the longer I’ve eaten healthy, the longer my digestive system has had to heal and digest better. Also, in case you are sensitive to lectins read The Plant Paradox! My sis just read it and I’ve heard of other people doing it and having great success.
