I finally willed myself to step on the scale yesterday and was saddened to see just how much weight I've gained...I've been in a 'denial' stage for the past few weeks. Nothing fits...nothing feels good.
I took a walk yesterday at the gym on the treadmill and my legs were hurting....so unlike the me from last summer eh?
So yesterday I put myself back on phase 1 and woke this morning 1 lb lighter already...water weight.
i want to be back to that 139/140 I made it to in FEB..... OH and all of a sudden my thighs are looking cottage cheesy! NEVER was like that before but now am...I'd read of others saying when they gained the weight back, their bodies did weirder things....blech!

163.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Hi L, it's me bonnie sue- you can do this- you inspired me ands look where i am now! Try adding a dvd "class" like walk away the pounds, or rebounding. The rebounding is excellent way to get into shape fast & beat the cellulite. class takes only 15-20 min! good luck, bonnie "

You were doing very well. It seems you had a goal for the cruise correct? After the cruise, did you set another goal? I too am trying to get back into the plan.
