im completely starting over. ive finally purchased my own copies of p90x and ive bought all the food i need. its all about what you eat. working out and bad eating habits equal to failure. ive just figured out that the reason why all these "diets" fail is because i wasn't eating well and not educating myself. what fat can do to your body. it completely transforms your body into a mess. at least i think that's what it made me look physically. i finally realized that im harming my health. its a scary thought to think "well this is the way i am and im comfortable being this way" i cant think that way anymore. Why lie to myself and continue making it worst. Im ready for a change. I don't want to drastically lose weight i just want to be a size 14 again.A nice healthy size 14. And im starting tomorrow morning lol.
