Let’s see if I can keep this up over weekend. I’m going grocery shopping either today or tomorrow so I’m going to make wise choices as far as meals and snacks go. I’d like to do some meal prepping if possible, seems to work for a lot of people on here. Less tendency to pick the wrong foods if it’s already in the fridge and good to go.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
