I did so well last week-I lost 2 pounds at our family beach trip with no denial of my favorite foods! I had a smore (only 1!), abelskeivers, puffed pancakes, ice cream, and other less healthy things, but I ate lots of healthy fruits and veggies, cut our extra carbs where possible, limited portion sizes, and exercised every day but one. Net result=2 pounds lost and a very proud mama!!! I know if I can lose weight during a week like that, I can lose weight at home so easily! And now I am excited because me hubby joined the cause. It will be nice to have an accountability partner! Here we go!
