OK I'm now using more than one program to track my meals an work out. Found an Andriod app that's really great. Anyway I have started cutting my calories to a 2000 a day which is decent cut for me normally Im consuming between 2600-3000. So far I feel good just need to keep grinding my goal is to be down by my 42 birthday either to my ideal weight OR as close as possible. 42 lbs to go
