Shark week and some extra eating and drinking hasn't helped me lol but I'm back on track this week. Back to fasting, exercising and eating clean. I WILL break out of 160s this month!
160.4 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
