My weight hasn't moved in 3 weeks...neither up or down so I'll take it! I think I'm doing more Phase 3 than Phase 2 so that explains why I haven't lost. It's nice to know that when you quit watching how much you eat and just make sure you eat the "right" foods that you can maintain you weight...unlike every other diet I've been on where you put an "extra" in you mouth and your weight goes up. I know I have been eating too many grains and nuts so I need to cut back on them. It's amazing how easy this diet....lifestyle is!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm in the home stretch towards my goal & it's easy to be more relaxed about how much I eat. I figure we have the whole summer ahead of us where we will eat more salads & be more active so hopefully the last few pounds will melt away. I am however thinking of making myself a new goal weight of 125 so I can fluctuate between 130 & 125...we'll see.

I know the feeling. I have been at a plateau for over a year. Now my weight is going up. I have manged to start losing weight again. I am also eating again. I want to stop this and don't know how? Pray for me.

You've also added a lot more exercise it seems and it takes a while for your body to adjust to the new routine. You may be still going down in inches rather than pounds. I've been doing what you're describing and so I haven't bothered to weigh myself for a while. Not going up or down. You're establishing really solidly good eating habits right now. I love SB, too!
