2388 kcal Fat: 54.37g | Prot: 175.91g | Carb: 314.48g.   Breakfast: special k protein bar peanut butter and chocolate, Milk (Nonfat), Bananas, GOLEAN Crunch! - Honey Almond Flax. Lunch: jiffy cornbread, purple hull peas, country crock churn style butter, white rice, fried chicken breast, milk gravy. Dinner: Sweet corn , Bush's baked beans onion, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Special K Protein Bar. Snacks/Other: Yogi Strawberry flakes, strawberries, blueberries, Yogi Mountain Berry, Dannon nonfat vanilla yogurt, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey. more...
