Didn't do my usual workouts on Monday. Plus consumed a whole container of premium ice cream for the 1st & last time. Wow, 1,000 cals.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
