A couple of people have told me I look smaller. However, I've not reached my small goal yet. The encouragement helps. Weight training seems to help, I should shift the important of it up the priority list!
192.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
