4.7 pounds!! I am super psyched!! Yet kind of sad. I did very well throughout Monday to Friday lunch, then it was all down hill from there, so much so that yesterday was only two meals of which one was a Wendy's triple hamburger meal :( and I totally slack on the water when I am at home. I am not knocking myself but I have to womder if I could've hit my 300 mark this week if I had maintained. Oh well, 302 is nothing to sneeze at and it makes getting below 300 next week seem very attainable! Ok, goal for next week 299 or less!!
