This was a rough week. I was not at my house for the majority of the week, which made packing lunch and making dinner difficult. I believe i wound up eating out 4, if not five times :( I firmly believe this could've been and should've been a larger weight loss week. I'll just have to kick butt this week.

Ok, i've set a new goal for myself - 275lbs. It larger than the first goal of 12lbs but that was truly to get me under 300lbs. Now that I am, I'm still taking it slow and steady. I think 275 for now and they'll get progressively larger until i can put 200 or less. Til then - 275 here I come!

I am so beyond excited. It has been almost a year since i was less than 300 pounds! This is awesome. Ok, i told myself once i was under 300, i'd take my measurements and i'd have to start excersing again. So let's get moving!!!

I don't think this will be a good weigh in. I have had an EXTEMELY stressful week - ate out almost every day and some days only ate twice. I'll be lucky to have made the goal, but I'm just hoping not to have gained. Fingers crossed.

Shouldn't be surprise at all. I have got to find a way to stop my stress levels from affecting my eating habits.
