I didn't get a chance to log in yesterday, with my weigh-in after 1 week. I lost 7 lbs & am pretty pleased with that. That's a total of 12 lbs in two weeks, including my pre- Atkins Induction challenge weight loss.

First Goal: Get below 300 lbs
311.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
