Trying to lose a bit of weight picked up on various medications. Find it very difficult, even with IF and regular workouts. I know a sweet tooth and other cravings don’t help, but feeling quite despondent. Some people are losing kilos a week. I just stay the same. Sorry guys, just a bit down😂
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
