I decided to restart today. I did great my first week (8.8 pounds) and then week 2 I have no idea what happened...stopped tracking, stopped exercising, and stopped thinking about what I was eating and gained 5. I know that a lot of that will fall back off quickly, but I felt I needed to start fresh and re-focus on what I am doing. I am concerned because I am going away at the end of this week. I will be having a lot of home cooked southern food. Portion control will be most important since I will not be cooking and unaware of nutrition values.
