Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under my caloric goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF is down 0.2% and is still out of range but within 1% of my body fat goal.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
