Had a slip up this week, well, a couple actually: Burger and fries for dinner one night and chomped down nearly a half block of chocolate the night before! Although I was extra good on the alternate days, I should probably be eating more in general to avoid these mini-binges. Have not been taking my regular evening walks either, so need to regain that habit quickly. Still, pleased with the loss of almost a kilo in one week :)
