Definitely. I seem to be mostly decent at staying about the same for long periods, but when I do hit sugar, it's like a drug now, and I spend the rest of the day scarfing sugary products, enough to add a couple of pounds a day. And to lose, I do seem to need to stay with the site.

Yeah, the holidays sucks when it comes to eating. I'm still trying to control my cravings for sweets. I know you will reach your goal by valentines!!
