Just back from a weeks vacation. Lots of walking (Mall of America is GIGANTIC) as well as other outdoor activities (pool, zoo, amusement park, sculpture garden near downtown Minneapolis, etc.) with the family. That said I'm happy with my weigh in this morning. While out of town I went with healthy choices when available and took it easy when only not-so-healthy choices were available. Back to work, back to the gym tomorrow, and a session with the trainer on Friday.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
