Menu for today:
Breakfast Omelette(1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1oz sharp cheddar cheese, 1oz bell pepper and 1/2oz diced onion), Granny Smith apple(156g) and 1 20oz bottle of water.
Snack #1 Protein Shake(60g of protein powder and 210g of frozen pineapple mixed w/12oz of water), 1 20oz bottle of water.
Lunch 5.25oz chicken breast(cooked in pressure cooker), 3.75oz of roasted red potatoes and 5.25oz of steamed cabbage. 1 20oz bottle of water.
Snack #2 Protein shake(60g protein powder, 210g of frozen strawberries mixed w/12oz of water). 1 20oz bottle of water.
Dinner 5.25oz of baked ham, 3.75oz of sweet peas and 5.25oz of steamed cauliflower. 1 20oz bottle of water.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
