I am going to attribute the gain to eating a whole personal sized watermelon yesterday and a whole lemon drop melon last night. Through in a cup of bing cherries and I topped my natural sugar intake in mass fruit.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 175.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds good. Are you also focussing on getting enough proteins for your body to build its lean muscle mass?

I should add a bit more protein but I am not a big meat fan.

Maybe something else than meat. There is dairy and fish and also many plant sources

@Mykahlia, there are quite a few vegetarian protein shakes on the market if you decide to try that route. I prefer the ones combining rice and pea or similar to get a good amino acids profile. You can add fruit if you’re using a blender. But whey is often more economical and there are a huge number to choose from; possibly easier for you to digest if it is free of casein and lactose. (I have casein issues.)
