Been doing a 20:4 IF this week with a 72 hour fast this weekend. Keeping up with electrolytes and drinking a ton of water. I don’t feel hungry or tired.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
