Ok so here I go!! A few years ago, I lost the weight and maintained 116-125 for about 2 years without much effort. Then I got sick and have been home bound ever since. With the meds and hormone imbalances etc, I gained 40 lbs. My goal is to lose 40 lbs, but 30-35 would be comfortable. I am giving myself 4-5 months to do this under my hormone drs care! Started yesterday and I’m motivated and focused and ready!!!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
