Every day I panic a little before I jump on the scale thinking I plateau. But it keeps going down and I am elated. I am doing everything I know and am sticking with it. Wish I could sleep a bit more. I deleted social media on my phone and am having trouble not using it when I wake up and my mind starts to race. Was up at 4:00 this morning but got a lot of office work done I was putting off, so there's that - night shift might be a bit of a stretch tonight.
