Today is my free/naughty day, so not making many challenge goals! But I did my workout in the morning and focusing on drinking plenty of water, amidst the junkfood, lol. Happily weighed myself this morning and have lost 1.9kg since last week (it's my first week). I'm proud!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
