I'm just keeping track of what I eat. I feel bad that I went to doctor and I weighed in at 297 fully clothed. I got put on synthroid again to balance stuff out. Ive been eating more salad with grilled chicken. I'm going to try to keep track of what I eat for the doctor. I see him in again in October and he may put me on some other drugs to help me some more. But I need to get my Thyroid under wraps. I would like to be around 200 Lbs by March. So that gives me 33 weeks from today. I'm new to posting my own life up on the internet... So here goes nothing.
