eight more to go and I have reached the 100 pounds gone mark. I hurt my back last Saturday and have done zero exercise this last week so am happy with the loss.
344.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
