Little sugar and regularly exercise.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Dude- howz the cravings, chromium and glutamine supplements, and same ol montra "DRINK WAAA--TERRR" like a liter before you eat anything! I don't know how you feel about psyllium husks, check it out.
