stretching every day. 7 minute ab routine every other day. sprinting twice a week. fruits, vegetables and protein. very little bread. no soda, candy or fast food.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
