Gained a couple pounds this week. Been craving sweets so I'm cleaning out the cabinets this weekend to get rid of the temptation!
Also, haven't got to do my exercise routine this week like I wanted. Will make sure to do it today, so that this week gets off to a good start!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

post it notes on the cabinets..... Ones like "you will regret this later" or "The good stuff is in the crisper drawer" Just don't hide the sweets in there. :) lol!

definitely like the post-it note idea. I have notes around my desk at work. My funniest one is "If you fall off the horse, get back on...don't eat it!" lol The candy is gone except for the suckers that my kids love and I don't. Got to leave them something! :) Did part of my routine--cleaned house all day, so I was tired, but that's good...at least I didn't sit on my butt all day!
