Really want to get my fiber numbers higher.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you like avocados? They are very high in Fiber. If you're not against processed foods, I like the Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut Bars. They have 9g Fiber an taste just like a Mounds candy bar - maybe better!
