Thanks.. I seemed to have lost some of my umph. Between my brother passing, Mom's dementia/depression and moving, I seemed to have lost some perspective. I think I need a square kick in the pants...lol.

Those are major life occurrences. Be kind to yourself, you will get there. It is one day at a time, maybe on hour or just one minute.
