I am up half a pound at todays weigh in. Frustrated because I had a hockey practice and did my walking this week. This week's goal is that I am back to doing the stairs and am going to try a new workout DVD later tonight. I need to drink more water.... I don't think that I am drinking enough. Baby steps to the finish line.
279.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Aww buddy I'm so sorry...Baby steps for sure. You'll get there, I know you will, there's no time limit on getting healthy. Water water everywhere and Meylssa needs to drink it! I'm so proud of how far you have come, you WILL do this I just know it! (O:

Bummer about your last weigh in, but don't let it get you down - you know you can do this!!! Just take one day at a time, one meal at a time, and one workout at a time. Make sure to have rewards planned for yourself for weight loss goals - you can do this!!!!!!
