it has not been a good start to the new year. just when the damage has been repaired from the holidays, another death in the family. I am sure I will be back to normal someday I just hope it is soon.

216.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb. Still to go: 41.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so sorry to hear about your family, this can be a very stressful time and yes it will get better with time. Don't jump ship..do the best you can to stay on plan and that's all you can ask of yourself. Take care and good luck....
