P90x Arms and Chest completed plus Ab Ripper before 5 in the afternoon. Toni says in the beginning of Ab Ripper that there r 339 situps in the workout, at the end he says 349! I don't think I actually made either one of those numbers, but still got a killer workout! Kids are gone for a week starting tomorrow. Looking forward to my workouts without major scheduling having to be done! Hope everyone is doing well!!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes he says 339 in beginning then during one of them he add a bonus of an additional 10, making it 349. I have yet to get to 300. Last night I did the Yoga X and I have come to the realization that I need to lose at least half my tummy to do most of the moves. So I'll substitute a different video or just do my eliptical for the 90 mins. Haven't decided yet. Glad your doing so well!

I dont know anything about the workout you are doing but it sounds like you are doing great and having a good time doing it. Great Job!!!!!

Like said above: the difference for the 339/349 is that at the very end Tony does 10 bonus moves in the last exercise. @ BeautiBabe - do not stop doing Yoga, no matter what. Tony preaches about Yoga being the glue to all the workouts. Just do what you can. If you cannot get through a certain exercise, modify it or skip it and do the others. When I began Yoga X I was far from doing the entire 90 minutes, but now (9 weeks in) I can do most of the session correctly.

Howie..awesome that u can do the Yoga and even greater that you are in week NINE! The workouts themselves are tough. The hardest part, however, for me is making the time for myself everyday. Truly amazing to hear someone who is in week nine. Please let us see pics if you get a chance. I love this site and all of its inspirational people! Beauti you and I at week nine will do double YogaX!! I see it!

Thanks for the encouragement Howie! I will continue to do it. Last time I did about 35 minutes then forwarded through the next moves and did some of the balancing ones. I think I'll continue to do it now. Zoni, I am so with you on that!!!
