Eindelijk beweging omlaag..... ook 2x p.w. krachttraining erbij....... nu door in deze positieve vibe!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
