I think I had a slight case of food poisoning. Not totally sure. We had a rotesery chicken. My son did not get sick but our roommate also got sick. She was not as sick as I was. She suggested it could have been the chicken. But I gave losr 3 pounds over night. Today trying to be careful of what I eat. Taking it a bit easy as I still feel a bit on the weak side. I am staying hydrated.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah, the only time that a "mild" case of food poisoning is welcome! I'm glad you're feeling better!

@Miraculum thanks for the coment. Hopefully I will not gain it back. Today I have not eaten to much but thank goodness I have kept it all down without stomach pain ir diarrhea. I have been just sippong on water slowly all day. I drank 84 oz.
