So I saw the doctor yesterday and it was a good report. He was content with my weight and said that while I could go up another 10 pounds, he is fine here. He told me that I look much healthier and am a lot more stable on my feet now. I was pleased with his reports.
I know that on Monday I havel a small intestinal study that I have to do. I figured drinking that nasty nasty contrast will make me lose a few pounds but I am not worried. I think my thought process has changed a lot recently in regards to my weight. I am not lecturing myself about how I can't put anymore weight on or i am going to be fat again. Now I am seeing myself as it's okay to be healthy and a few pounds isn't going to push me over the edge were I think everyone is staring at a blimp. I think in general I am just keeping a more positive attitude about my body and my health.
