Okay So I am starting this up again. The last time I really used this as it's supposed to be used, I dropped a good bit. Been able to stick to under 2k cal day fairly well. Given up soda's, not ready to give up coffe but I have cut back. Been going to the gym more. Started at 234lbs (not recorded) two weeks ago.
