Okay So I am starting this up again. The last time I really used this as it's supposed to be used, I dropped a good bit. Been able to stick to under 2k cal day fairly well. Given up soda's, not ready to give up coffe but I have cut back. Been going to the gym more. Started at 234lbs (not recorded) two weeks ago.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go coming back and giving up pop! I am a mountain dew lover and I must say it has been tough! cutting back on coffee is great too. That is awesome that you are going to the gym,you should be to your goal in no time and feeling so much better :) a high five to you!
