A little over goal carbs for the day yesterday. Found out my "freebie" SF popsicle had 4 carbs. Ate good food and didn't eat the cookie I was offered so that's a win.
Went to bed at 8, got myself up at 5:20 (aiming for 5:00 but not bad). Got some wakeup time in and listened to a couple podcasts this morning before work. Even got dressed and made my bed (I work remote so that's not always a given).
Today is a work day and have a lot planned to complete. It's going to be a good day with a lot accomplished.
