Well another pesky pound I gained is gone. Not the best way (diverticulitis diet) but each day less inflammation. Honestly, I don’t feel bad. I had a run yesterday and that let me know there was tenderness. However, each day the tenderness subsided a little bit more. Town Hall meeting tonight and then we go for Taco Tuesday so I’ll just have maybe a grilled cheese sandwich or something. I’ll figure it out. I may just bow out of it. Have a great day, everyone!
