I'm a few hours early on my 45 minute work out for under 200 lbs by september 15. oh well! I couldn't wait to get started :p

P.s. if you start seeing weird exercise, its because I'm making the most comparative thing to my wii fit work out.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
