Progress was slow this month. I had to skip 3 weeks of gym due to the passing away of my grandmother. Now finally getting back in track, I haven’t started picking weights. I’ve only been dieting, swimming and doing cardio activities in gym such as cycling and treadmill. Will have to step up the game in the coming week. Wish me luck
223.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
