Can't seem to get back on track! Finding summer picnics, parties and celebrations make it too tempting for me to stay on Program! Need to get back to it and set a mini goal to work towards. Doctor appt on August 16th, mini goal is to be 169. Would love to see the 60's again!! Sounds like 5 lbs should be a piece of cake but with me its one ounce at a time :( Perhaps if I would really commit it would be faster. Gee, that's a thought ;)
174.3 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Summer is the worst! I don't work, and go on vacation and undo all my hard work!! I made it a priority to get back to tracking and measuring my portions and it is working. It will work for you too. Good luck!
