Finally back on track again. Since Memorial Day I have been off program. Picnics, family visits and laid up from a pulled back, weight creeped up to 176.9! So this past week managed to get back on course and lost a bit. Geesh! Doesn't take long to put it back on but takes forever to get back off. Feel really good about catching it before it got out of hand. There was a time I wouldn't have.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I am glad that you are on track again. I have been off track and can't seem to get back. I have cravings and can't seem to say no. Especially to an ice cream bar.

I just can't seem to stick with it either. Too many picnics, parties etc...I am really going to try to commit and lose 10 lbs by Labor Day, that way at least I'll have some wiggle room and won't feel guilty overdoing it.
