Ok, Today we are starting the Biggest Loser at work. I weighed in at 227 lbs with a 45 inch waist line !! Holy Cow !! Not good, We are doing this for 15 weeks, I am excited becasue it will hold me accountable to the team I am with to make strides towards my weight loss goals.
