Still feel awful but heading to work. Gotta weigh in. Scale at home, in the buff shows 222. We will see what clothes do and the scale at work says. Wish me luck ! Scale with clothes shows 225.8
Ok weighed in at work and it shows 227.2 ths morning around 10 am. I have been going to the ladies room alot today for some reason, just weighed myself again and weigh 225.8 ! What in the world is going on !
I am using the at home weight for weigh in days to track progress on here, the work weight is being tracked at work on a different system.
Came home and used my scale with clothes and it showed 225.8 again and without 222,3

Still sick but got my appetite back somewhat today. Hopefully no fever tomorrow so I can go back to work. Weigh in day tomorrow.

Woke up today with a fever again, grrrrr. Also, throat feels likeI drank hot lava. Back to the dr. Not sure if diet and exercise will be getting done today :(

Went to the dr and have a sinus infection on top of the flu. YUCK,
